.CALI, Q43 811.070. INCONSISTENCIES WITH OTHER ORDINANCES. Whenever any provisions of this ordinance are inconsistent with the provisions of other parts of the Little Canda Code, such as Section 1202.010 governing curfew hours, the provisions herein shall supersede such other inconsistent provisions. 811.080. PENALTIES. Every person convicted of a violation of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, or both, and in either case the costs of prosecution may be added. (Source: Ord. 137) 812. LICENSING OF TREE REMOVAL CONTRACTORS. 812.0 ,1 LICENSE REQUIRED.
