shall be open and available to reclaim impounded animals from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and from 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays, Sundays and other times by appointment with WBAC, Inc. 6. Animals impounded and boarded by order of the City/ Town Health Officer or placed under quarantine by ruling of the State Board of Health shall be boarded as required by said Order or ruling, and at the end of said period, if not reclaimed by the owner as above provided, shall become the property of WBAC, Inc. and disposed of as hereinbefore set forth. 7. If required, will provide euthanasia service for any unclaimed animals as provided by Minnesota Statutes and City /Town Ordinances at no cost to the City /Town, said service to be ad- ministered by qualified personnel, and disposal of the carcass shall be perfoLmed as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 35.82, Subd. 2(a). 8. Limit the use of anesthetic administered by a weapon or dart gun for the capture of stray animals - vicious animals, animals suspected of having contracted rabies and animals which are continually seen running at large and cannot be picked up or followed to its proper owner or which animal shows definite signs of being a long -time stray. 9. Assume all liability for all harm to persons, animals, or property due to its negligence or the negligence of its em- ployees or agents arising from the performance of this contract, and agreeing to defend any legal actions arising thereform, hold- ing the City /Town harmless, and provide the City /Town with proof of public liability insurance including comprehensive automobile liability in the amount of at least $100,000 per each claimant and $300,000 for each occurrence, covering the performance of this contract. 10. That during the period of this contract it will not, within the State of Minnesota, discriminate against any employee or applicant for the employment because of,race, color, creed, national origin, or ancestry, and will include a similar provision in all subcontracts entered into for the performance hereof, this paragraph being to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 181.59. 11, Keep accurate and detailed records of the impounding and disposition of all animals picked up in the City /Town and furnish monthly reports to the City /Town as to services per- formed during the month. And said City /Town, in consideration of said covenants on the part of WBAC, Inc. hereinbefore contained, hereby agrees to and with WBAC, Inc. that said City /Town will:
