UITNESSIT3: 'WHEREAS, the State has constructed Trun'c Highways 352 and 36 within the limits of the County, and WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Commissioner, in the interest of safety and . for convenient public travel and in mitigation of damages, the State is constructing or has constructed portions of the frontage read within the County in conjunction with the construction of Trunk Highways 35E and 36, and WHEREAS, the said frontage road is designated as Frontage Road A (Section Al, A3) shown on the drawings marked "Exhibit A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the County approves said frontage road substantially as shown on Exhibit A, and is willing to maintain said road after all construction on the same has been completed. NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED: 4* I That pursuant to the Laws of 1959, Chapter 500, Article II, Section 24 (M.S.A. 161.24) and Section 38 (M.S.A. 161.38) as amended by Laws of Minnesota, 1961, Chapter 577, the work on the frontage road has been done or is being done in conjunction with the construction of Trunk Highways 35E and 36 within Ramsey County Substantially as shown on the plans for S.P. 6212 -26 (T.H. 36 =118) dated July 24, ' i9+1, S.P. 6212 -69 (T.3. 36=118) dated March 11, 1966, and S.P. 6280 -03 (T.H. 35E= 390) dated July 3, 1958 on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, i
