Landfill crossing situation in Inver Grove Hts.
4. Leakage on Line 1 in Apple Valley on 2/1/82 and 2/19/82
5. Leaks on Line 2 in Apple Valley and Maplewood during April, 1982.
It is agreed that within three weeks you will submit a report on
the feasibility of a gradient control well for the 9/22/81 leakage
in Newport. Further product checks will be made relative other
contaminates by product analysis. This situation is one of the
most delayed activity projects in our files.
The Circle Pines line area will be cut on 7/8/82 because of an
additional bad weld adjacent to the weld that failed on 1/16/82.
Our previous letters relative to unknown contaminate identification,
work related activities by contractors, interpretation of the
metallurgical analysis, product contamination, etc. will be sub-
mitted timely. Based on the results of the next set of analytical
data on the various parameters, a recovery activity may be re-
quested. We will apply WPC -22.
The data on .the landfill crossing as requested over the past months
is ready for your submission. We will evaluate the data and in-
form you of our interpretation.
Ph:
1935 West County Roy to 55113•27E5
