SCHEDULE B - SECTION I <br />No. TI 2401 <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />The following are the requirements to be complied with: <br />1. Instruments In Insurable form which must be executed, delivered and duly filed for record: <br />a. Deed from Granada Home Builders, Inc. to Thomas W. Hoelscher and <br />Cynthia A. Hoelscher. <br />b. Mortgage Deed naming Thomas W. Hoelscher and Cynthia A. Hoelscher, husband <br />and wife as mortgagors and naming proposed insured as mortgagee. <br />c. Document No. 480039 discloses an unconfined 33 feet road Easement. We require <br />a confinement of said easement or a release as to the property in question. <br />(see attached) <br />. Any lien, or right to a lien for services, labor or material heretofore <br />or hereafter furnished, imposed byelaw and not shown by the public records. <br />(The matters referred to in the foregoing sentence are sometimes referred <br />to in this commitment as "mechanics liens "). <br />Our inspection discloses new construction on premises.
