County Road B -2 <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />RE: Termination of Deferred Assessments <br />Dear Dr. Nielsen: <br />MAYOR <br />Raymond Hanson <br />COUNCIL <br />Michael Fahey <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Dennis Forsberg <br />Mugs Nardini <br />Since Kellogg High School has connected to the Little Canada Municipal <br />sewer system, the City of Little Canada proposes to terminate the following <br />deferred assessments: <br />Parcel No. 53- 55400- 011 -04 in the amount of $9,562.50 <br />Parcel No. 53- 55200- 094 -03 in the amount of $1,292.00 <br />Parcel No. 53- 55400 - 040 -04 in the amount of $3,697.50 <br />Total amount of deferred assessments: $ 14,552.00 <br />If the Council should adopt this termination you would have from <br />September 8, 1982 to October 8, 1982 to pay the amount in full.
