HIN . 55117 <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting <br />Planning Commission <br />April 1, 1982 <br />The regular meeting of the <br />Canada was held on the 1st <br />Little Canada Rd., in said <br />The following members were <br />Gene DeLonais, Pete Cogta, <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />day of April, 1982 at 7:30 p.m., at 515 <br />City. <br />present: Tom Ducharme, LeRoy LeMay, Jim Steele <br />Sharon Timmons,,Joe Vitale, & Roy French. <br />Members absent: Myers Frattalone. <br />Also present: Brad Nielsen, Northwest Assoc. Consultants. <br />MR. PAUL BORG- Rezoning to R -3, CUP for tri -plex. - <br />Mr. Borg appeared, stating that this is generally the same <br />plan as the last time he appeared before the commission. <br />The Planning Commission suggested that Mr. Borg & Joe <br />Chlebeck work on a letter and send it to Mr. Desl.aiiries, <br />the only neighbor involved in this request of rezoning. <br />Mr. Borg is requesting a variance for a two driveway lot. <br />The Planning Commission recommends the City Council grant <br />a variance. <br />Motion made by Gene DeLonais to approve rezoning of Mr. Borgs lot, and to <br />grant a variance for parking spaces, the City Engineer should comment as <br />to the utility service extension for a tri -plex, also the site plan be <br />subject to review and approval of the City Building Inspector, also if <br />possible ask Mr. Deslauries if he would request to have his lot rezoned, <br />not necessary though. <br />2nd by Mr. Vitale. <br />Approved 7y -0. <br />OLD rLITTLE )CANADA SCHOOL -Mr. Tom Krejci appeared. Mr. Krejci commented <br />GERVAIS CREEK REZONING that he has a buyer for the lot and the lot <br />would be a RB zoning. Mr. Krejci bought the building <br />and runs the Day Care Center there. Mr. Krejci is <br />requesting a RB zoning. <br />Motion made by Sharon Timmons to recommend a RB rezoning of the Old <br />Little Canada School-property- Gervais Creek, unless RB zoning would allow <br />the building to be used as a rental hall. <br />2nd by Gene DeLonais. <br />Approved 7 -1 . <br />Motion to adjourn by Gene DeLonais, 2nd by Sharon Timmons.
