CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO REZONE FROM - R -1- TO <br />R -2- AND GRANT A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR TRIPLEX. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little Canada,Minnesota, <br />will hold a public hearing on the 28th day of Apri1,1982, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in <br />said city to consider the following. <br />To amend the zoning map of the City of Little Canada by changing from an <br />R -1- District ( single family residential district) to <br />R -2- District ( medium density residential district) and <br />grant a conditional use permit for construction of a triplex <br />for the following described property: <br />That part of the North 276 ft of the Nw Quarter of the SW Quarter <br />of Sec. -7- T- 29N -R -22 W ,Ramsey County,Minnesota, lying S. of the <br />S. line of County Rd. B -2- and west of the westerly line of the Soo <br />line R/R -R /0 /W and lying southerly of a line described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said 3E4 : thence northeasterly <br />deflecting 73 °24 ' 42 " right from said west line of the SE4 to the <br />westerly R /0 /W of the Soo Line R/R line R /O /W and there terminating. <br />Location: Jackson St. Southof Co.
