) {lire. 1979)__ -_ <br />TO Deluxe Construction, Inc. and TransAmerica Insurance Company <br />(ns nes of parties to contract and sureties on bond) <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the undersigned has. a claim against <br />DeLuxe Construction, Inc. <br />whose address is <br />as general contractor <br />527 Emil Avenue, Shoreview, Minnesota 55112 <br />for labor, skill, materials and services furnished to said contractor at its <br />special instance <br />and request under a contract and a bond for the performance thereof executed by TransAmerlcd <br />Insurance Company, 7575 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, <br />(Give full name and address of sureties) <br />Minnesota 55427 as sureties entered into between said contractor and the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />for the doing of certain public work described as follows, to -wit: <br />Improvement Project No. 81 -3; sanitary sewer, water main, storm <br />sewer and street project located at or near Park Avenue and County <br />Road C in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey and State <br />of Minnesota, <br />that a statement of said claim and of the nature and amount thereof is as follows, to -wit • <br />Claimant furnished aggregate material including Class 5 and one and <br />one -half inch (1 1 /2 ") clean material to this project between <br />December 17, 1981 and December 21, 1981. The value of the material <br />supplied is $502.40 of which no part has been paid. The total <br />amount owing to the claimant is $509.09 including service charges <br />through February, 1982, plus additional service charges accruing <br />from and after March, 1982 at the rate of 1.33% per month. <br />Local agent for TransAmerica Insurance Company is: <br />J.
