17E E Cc.) Ra P2 Ec • ._^,per 2 7 St Paul Mnn =s:
May 31, 1982
Fire Marshall
City of Little Canada
515 E. Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
Dear Mr. Locke,
ASSOCIATIC' ,
In regards to your Deficiency Report dated March 22, 1982, I would
like to advise you that items #2, #6, ;#8, #9, and ##10 are com-
pleted. Item ;#4 is in the process of being done and should be
completed shortly.
This letter is a request for a 90 -day extension of time for com-
pletion of items ##l, #3, 45, and #7. There are several reasons
for requesting this extension. First, there has been mass confusion
in obtaining and comparing bids. Second, monetary decisions must
be made on raising funds to complete the remaining deficient items.
Finally, when the money issue is solved, additional time is needed
to approach and obtain cooperation from owners regarding any special
assessments, fees, etc. that need to be collected. Conservative
estimates place the cost of completion at near $9,000. Raising the
funds to meet these unexpected expenditures will take time.
The Condominium Board of Directors and I would appreciate any
assistance that you can provide in granting the extension of time
that we need.
Cordially,
Earl Brown, Property Manager
Canabury Pond Condominium
