ORDINANCE NO.492 <br />AN ORDINANCE REVISING CRITERIA FOR <br />SENIOR CITIZENS'SEWER CHARGE CREDIT AND <br />THEREBY AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 13.401 <br />(b) (vl) <br />The City of Coon Rapids does ordain: <br />Section 1. City Code Section 13 -601 (b) iv() Is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: (deletions in parentheses, <br />additions boldface) <br />(vi) Users who meet the following requirements <br />shall be entitled to a reduced sewer charge: <br />I. Are sixty.two (61) years of age or older; <br />(2. Own the unit which they occupy;) <br />(3) 2. Occupy the unit with not more than two other <br />persons who are also sixty -tw0 (61) years of age Or <br />older; <br />(4) 3. Are directly billed for sewer charges by the <br />City; <br />(5)4. File with the City Clerk in January of each year <br />an affidavit in form prepared by the Clerk verifying <br />that the users meet the above requirements. <br />Therate for qualified users shall be 50 per cent of the <br />single family residential sewer charge. <br />Introduced and read In full on first reading the 23rd <br />day of July, 1974.
