MEMO March 22, 1982 <br />TO: CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: Ed Locke;laualding Inspector <br />RE: Yearly charge for Sprinkler Systems <br />Having checked with the cities of Roseville and Shoreview, I found <br />that these cities do have a charge for this service to help off set <br />the cost of man hours and gas used for the quarterly reading of the <br />meters. <br />The city of Maplewood does not have a charge for sprinkler lines, but <br />they do charge all users of public water for the fire hydrants in <br />the city. <br />1J <br />
