It has been brought to the attention of the Little <br />Canada City Council that a number of business signs along Rice Street <br />will have to be`relocated. As planning consultants for the City, we <br />have been directed to inform you that the Little Canada Zoning <br />Ordinance requires that the placing of such signs, whether erecting <br />new signs or relocating existing signs, requires a sign permit from <br />the City. <br />Upon preliminary inspection of the affected signs along Rice Street, <br />it has been determined that most, if not all, of the signs may require <br />some sort of variance to the City's signage requirements.
