G. Additional Components <br />1. No rental, advertising, directional or other signs, <br />other than corporate identification signs, shall be per- <br />mitted except as authorized by the City. <br />2. All development shall be subject,to periodic inspec- <br />tion by the City for purposes of assuring continued conform- <br />ity to the provisions of this permit. <br />3. All structures and grounds shall be properly main- <br />tained at all times as required to functionally operate the <br />building. <br />H. Maps and Reports <br />All maps, reports, exhibits and other documents attached <br />to this Agreement which are properly approved and filed <br />shall be considered as a part of this permit and shall have <br />the same force and effect as if fully set down herein and is <br />hereby made a part of this Agreement. <br />I. Land Dedication for Public Use <br />Owner agrees to donate the sum of Eleven Thousand <br />Dollars ($11,000.00) to the City Park Fund as the one time <br />payment of its cash in lieu of land dedication for public <br />use.
