C. Hammond Property: Little Canada <br />Dear Mr. Chlebek: <br />On January 6, 1982, the Board of Managers of the Ramsey- Washington <br />Metro Watershed District reviewed the City's application for the above <br />described project. A motion was duly made, seconded, and passed approving <br />this project providing provisions of the attached permit are met. The Board <br />has asked me to advise you to inspect these provisions and bring them to <br />the attention of the construction contractor. <br />You may be aware that, as part of the District permits issued to Mr. <br />J. C. Hammond and Mr. Thomas Reid, provisions for compensating excavation <br />were required for fill that was deposited within the floodplain. Due to the <br />excavation work that will be performed by the City's project, 900 cubic yards <br />of excavation has been credited to the Hammond and Reid excavation requirements. <br />The remaining amount of compensating excavation is still required of Hammond <br />and Reid. <br />If there are any questions concerning this matter, you or the below <br />copies individuals should feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />.
