If you do not have your Certificate, it may be in the possession of your <br />mortgagee Bank or Savings and Loan. <br />We suggest that you locate your Certificate and deliver it to the office <br />of the City Clerk where you will be given a receipt for it. After your easement <br />has been recorded you will receive your Certificate back with the easement <br />memorialized upon it. If you are unable to cooperate in this endeavor for any <br />reason, please contact the City Clerk so that appropriate arrangements may be <br />made. <br />It is essential that all the aforesaid easements be recorded and that <br />your title is protected from defects. Please heed this letter at your earliest <br />convenience.
