MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2006 <br />fines was a top priority. Another priority was funding for the design of the <br />Rice Street Bridger over Highway 36. Keis noted that Levy Limits is a <br />top priority discussed by RCLLG. The Adminish~ator agreed and <br />commented that imposed levy limits are bad public policy. <br />Keis indicated that he would meet with the City Administrator to develop <br />a list which he would then send to the Council for their review. <br />COUNCIL The City Administrator reported that a visitation will be held at Mueller <br />MEMBER Bies for Council Member Jim LaValle on Sunday, November 26°', from <br />JIM LaVALLE 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Services will be held on Monday, November 27`h, at St. <br />John's Church in Little Canada at 10 a.m. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-II-286 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
