MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONCEPT Mayor Blesener noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action <br />REVIEW - on the concept review for single-family home development consisting <br />RICHIE of 41 units for 2966 LaBore Road, Richie Place until Cheir December <br />PLACE 14, 2006 meeting. Blesener noted that the concept review was tabled for a <br />number of issues related to amount of land area, density, setbacks, lot <br />sizes, road connection to Maplewood, etc. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-II -276 -TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />CONCEPT REVIEW FOR RICHIE PLACE UNTIL THE DECEMBER <br />20, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />3.2 Ott SALE Mr. Daniel Ross appeared before the Council requesting approval of an <br />LIQUOR, 3.2 Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, Tobacco License and Gas <br />TOBACCO, Dispensing License for the Sinclair Station located at 228 Little Canada <br />AND GAS Road. Ross noted that he just took over the ownership of the Citgo <br />DISPENSING Station this fall. He was approached by the new owner of the Sinclair <br />LICENSE - Station to manage this property. Ross indicated that he realizes the <br />SINCLAIR previous operators have an outstanding fine for the sale of tobacco to a <br />STATION - minor and he was working to get that fine paid either by the previous <br />DANIEL ROSS operators or Sinclair. Ross anticipated a December 1`~ opening date for <br />the Sinclair Station. <br />The City Clerk noted that in addition to the outstanding fine, proof of <br />liquor liability insurance is pending. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-II-277 -APPROVING THE 3.2 OFF SALE <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE, TOBACCO LICENSE, AND <br />GAS DISPENSING LICENSE FOR MR.
