February 9, 1982 f �r 1 /;7f\ J La _ '- AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 1982, by and between the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA, hereinafter referred to as the "Municipality" and NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "Planner ". WITNESSETH: ARTICLE 1. AREA OF SERVICE That the Municipality does hereby agree to employ the Planner to render pro- fessional technical planning and development assistance services to the extent and kind described in Article 2A below, and zoning administration assistance to the extent and kind described in Article 2B below, in and for the City of Little Canada, Minnesota. ARTICLE 2. SERVICES OF THE PLANNER The Planner hereby agrees to render the professional services as follows: A. Technical Planning and Development Assistance 1. Provide general assistance and consultation to the Municipality, regarding the Municipality's planning and development, and related functions and activities. Services shall be rendered on an as needed basis to be determined by the Municipality. Any services performed under this Article will be billed on a monthly basis as per Article 4A of this Agreement. 2. The Planner will prepare written reports, provide general develop- ment assistance and make recommendations on matters as described by the Municipality through the City Clerk. B. Zoning Administration Assistance 1. Establish office hours amounting to eight (8) hours per month, such hours to be provided on two (2) days of four (4) hours each. Office hours shall be established on a regular basis as agreed upon between the Municipality and the Planner.
