Little Canada City Council <br />Little Canada Planning Commission <br />January 18, 1982 <br />Page Six <br />The Demont Avenue extension joins the proposed Rice Street watermain extension <br />to the existing water main along the railroad tracks. <br />The water main extension proposed along County Road B -2 between Rice Street and <br />Jackson Street provides water utilities to an undeveloped area south of County Road <br />13-2. Currently St. Jude Medical, Inc. is developing offices in this area. <br />A water line extension is proposed along County Road B -2 between Edgerton Street <br />and Keller Parkway and north up to Greenbrier Circle. This line is needed to service <br />the residential development that is now occurring in this area of the City. <br />Storm Sewer System <br />Storm sewer improvements will be made in the Sleepy Hollow area between County <br />Road B -2 and Savage Lake to mitigote flooding problems along the south side of <br />County Road B -2. <br />Improvements to the McMememy Ditch between Demont and County Road B -2 are <br />needed to improve drainage to this adjacent residential area. <br />Street System <br />The City of Little Canada has proposed two street improvement projects both on <br />Country Drive. These improvements are necessary to increase the capacity of this . <br />street to handle industrial traffic that will be generated by adjacent industrial <br />districts. <br />65 <br />
