The correct spelling is OLSEN.
Page 16, paragraphs 8 and 10, Mr. Germer's name is spelled incor-
rectly. His name begins with a G, not a W.
Page 17, paragraph 4, line 3, "Ms. Olson....Senate." The Department
of Administration, Building Codes and Standards Division, adopted
Appendix E, as an optional provision on April 18, 1983, to the Minne-
sota State Building Code. Two years ago the legislature considered
similar legislation. Although the legislation passed the House of
Representatives, it did not pass the State Senate. The matter was
referred to the Department of Administration to be handled through
the rule- making process.
Page 18, paragraph 1, line 2. Reference is made once again to the
Legislature acted quickly on Appendix E..." The Legislature did not
act on this matter. The Department of Administration, Building Codes
and Standards Division acted on it.
If you have questions on any of these corrections, please call me. Thank
you for your assistance these past few months.
SRVO:pg v.-
cc: Mayor Hanson' "
Sincerely, "ice-2-(_/
t/4( l
Sally R.N.
