Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />November 3, 1983 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 3rd day of November, 1983 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Peter Costa <br />Eugene DeLonais <br />Roy French (Arrived at 7:50 P.M.) <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Joe Vitale <br />Those members absent were: <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Myers Frattalone <br />Jim Steele <br />Also present were: <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Vitale recommended that the minutes of October 6, 1983 be <br />approved as read. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Costa. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Market Place Mr. James Stellick of the Market Place appeared before the Council <br />Parking requesting approval of the additional parking in front of the <br />shopping center. <br />Mr. Stellick reported that last year he submitted two proposals <br />for parking at the Market Place and the Building Inspector <br />approved the second alternative which proposed parking 15 feet from <br />the building. Stellick reported that he was informed that he did <br />not follow the proper channels for this proposal. <br />Mr. Stellick informed the Commission that he did not begin work on <br />the additional parking until this year as he did not have the funds <br />in 1982.
