The current parcel is proposed to be divided into four lots with <br />one of the four existing buildings on each of the lots. The Planning <br />Commission granted concept approval at its regular meeting of 3 November <br />1983. <br />The current building uses follow and the numbers refer to the site plan <br />in Exhibit A. <br />Building 1 <br />Building 2 <br />Building 3 <br />Building 4 <br />Warehouse <br />Convenience Market and Laundromat <br />Office building <br />Apartment building <br />ANALYSIS <br />Section 1005.020 lists several requirements for preliminary plat submission. <br />These requirements and comments follow. <br />Existing Conditions <br />is Boundary line and total acreage: approximately 2.48 acres. <br />• Existing zoning: I -1, Light Industrial District. <br />• Locations of all improvements, easements, rights -of -way: building <br />and streets are shown on Exhibit B.
