The Resolution and Application also <br />must be filed within ninety (90) days under this method of <br />acquiring the property. <br />My research at the Ramsey County Recorder indicates that <br />this property is Registered Property, and is in the name of <br />Gervais Shores Associates, a partnership. The partnership <br />apparently sold the property on a Contract for Deed in 1979 to <br />Sam and Hazel Bongiovanni for the sum of $35,000.00. The records <br />also show that Gervais Shores Associates assigned their interest <br />in the Contract for Deed to Guaranty Bank of St. Paul. A <br />Mechanic's Lien was filed on the property in 1980 in the amount <br />of $15,872.03 by Fisher Construction Co., Inc., and the property <br />was forfeited to the State of Minnesota by a County Auditor's <br />Certificate filed September 1, 1983.
