Minnesota 56378 <br />251-7751 3923664 <br />July 1, 1983 <br />RE: Ducharme Plat <br />We have reviewed the proposed plat of Mr. Gerald Ducharme. <br />There are two parcels existing and the plat will create two new <br />lots on County Road "B2" both of which would be in one of the <br />existing parcels. <br />The larger parcel (On the west) appears not to be affected except <br />for the new street dedication. <br />We would question why a street is proposed for four lots when all <br />of the lots are already abutting on an existing street. <br />We can only assume that further subdivision is planned and should <br />be shown on the plat. We also note that the cul -de -sac ends less <br />than 100 feet from Viking Drive. <br />We would recommend that a connection with Viking Drive be considered <br />unless topography prevents it. <br />Yours truly, <br />MILK R7 W.
