Utilities do run along County Road B -2 and the newly subdivided lots can tie into those services. RECOMMENDATION Recommendation is made to approve the proposed subdivision under the follow- ing conditions: • Lot 2 of Block 1 has access on the new proposed street. • The cul -de -sac radius is expanded to 60 feet. • An agreement for maintenance and snow plowing of the new street be required between Mr. Ducharme and the owner of Lot 2.
