Hennepin Avenue <br />Minneapolis, MN 55413 <br />Re: Little Canada - Schrier - Round Lake Estates <br />File No. 758.09 - 83.09 <br />Dear Ed: <br />In our office's dealing with the Frank Frattalone Plat east of Mr. Schrier's <br />Round Lakes Estates, we have been advised by the County that an 86 -foot <br />right -of -way does not, in fact, exist along the entire frontage. The <br />County as a consequence is requesting a total 43 -foot right -of -way dedication <br />from Mr. Frattalone. <br />At the last City Council meeting, Mr. Schrier showed me a plat map suggesting <br />that there was the required 43 -foot right -of -way adjacent to his property. <br />My purpose in writing is to request that you verify the information with <br />the County and provide supportive documentation to the City. <br />Very truly yours, <br />NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC. <br />David R.
