Approving <br />The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />August 4, 1983 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice therecf a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 4th day of August, 1983 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said city. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Peter Costa <br />Eugene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Jim Steele <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Those members absent were: <br />Myers Frattalone <br />Roy French <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Joe Vitale <br />Also presnet were: <br />David Licht, Planner <br />There being no changes or corrections to the minutes of the July 7, <br />1983 meeting, the minutes were approved as read. <br />Clyde Hoffman Bill Sawyers Realty World Calhoun proposal calls for putting a <br />Property cul -de -sac and 6 lots on the existing 4.66 acres. Access would <br />Division be on the existing access to Arcade Street. The existing access/ <br />driveway is 40' wide. <br />Mr. Licht addressed the problems he saw with the road to the <br />Rosauer proposal in regard to the City requiring 100% agreement of <br />neighboring residents to putin a street. Mr. Licht suggested a <br />street that would serve the lots on LaBore which could eventually <br />be subdivided and the new lots use the street also. Mr. Licht <br />suggested that they come in with a logical future pattern to the <br />adjoining areas. The Planner suggested that the economic feasibility <br />of a developer paying for the street might not be realistic. <br />Sharon Timmons and Eugene DeLonais stated they were not in favor of <br />the City incurring any costs in putting in the street, that it should <br />be the cost of the property owners /developers to develop and put in <br />any street which would serve the area. <br />page 1 <br />
