Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING CUTITSSInN <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 1, 1983 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 1st day of .September, 1983 in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Eugene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Soy French <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Jim Steele <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Joe `,Vitale <br />Those members absent were: <br />Peter Costa <br />Myers Frattalone <br />Also present were: <br />David Licht, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Vitale recommended that the minutes of the August 4 Planning <br />Commission be approved. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Speedy Mr. John Hogenson, Project Designer for the Speedy Market, appeared <br />Market before the Commission. Mr. Hogenson reported that the Speedy Market <br />is proposing to relocate the gas island and add four additional gas <br />dispensers. They are also proposing a canopy over the island. <br />Speedy Market is also planning a new package for the building both <br />inside and nut. <br />Mr. Hogenson reported that Speedy Market has made a reasonable attempt <br />to meet the City's ordinances. <br />Hogenson also reported that the County has approved two curb cuts <br />for Speedy Market on County Road C. <br />Page —1— <br />
