MINUTES OP' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 25, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice Chereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />October, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barb Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Jitn LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-10-250 -APPROVING THE MINUTES 07% <br />THE OCTOBER ll, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />LCRA Keis announced that the Little Canada Recreation Association will be <br />HALLOWEEN holding their annual Halloween Dance on Friday, October 27, 2006 at <br />DANCE St. John's Church at 7:00 p.m. <br />2007 BUDGET Blesener announced that the City will conduct its next 2007 Budget <br />Workshop on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. He noted that <br />
