Resolution adopted. <br />LCRA Keis announced that the Little Canada Recreation Association will be <br />HALLOWEEN holding their annual Halloween Dance on Friday, October 27, 2006 at <br />DANCE St. John's Church at 7:00 p.m. <br />2007 BUDGET Blesener announced that the City will conduct its next 2007 Budget <br />Workshop on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. He noted that <br />
