MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
OCTOBER 25, 2006
Che preliminary levy was estimated at a 4% increase, but was confident
that the Council and City staff would reduce the increase to under 4%.
COMPRE- The Council reviewed the changes to the St. Jude Medical Woodridge
HENSIVE Facility comprehensive sign plan which includes the relocation of the
SIGN PLAN - monument sign to the new entrance.
ST. JUDE
MEDICAL The City Planner noted that as part of an addition to the St. Jude
Woodridge Facility, a new entrance was installed. As a result, St. Jude is
moving the monument identification sign to the new entrance. The
existing identification sign will be changed out to directional signage for
deliveries. The Planner indicated that the sign changes proposed meet the
City's Code requirements.
Allan asked the status of the small directional signs that currenCly exist on
the property. The City Planner indicated that some of these signs are
likely temporary in nature until construcCion is completed. Once that
happens, St. Jude will have its monument identification sign at the new
entrance, and delivery directional signage aC the other entrance.
Blesener noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission have
recommended approval of the St. Jude Comprehensive Sign Plan.
There was no one present wishing to comment on this matter.
Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-70-257 -APPROVING THE ST.
