MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 25, 2006 <br />PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT - <br />CANADIAN <br />WOODS <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Blesener reported that Pat Johnson, developer of Canadian <br />Woods, has requested that action on the Preliminary Plat be tabled until <br />the November planning cycle. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-IO-257 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE CANADIAN WOODS PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />UNTIL THE NOVEMBER 20, 2006 CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-IO-258 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING THE CITY'S SCORE GRANT APPLICATION; <br />*APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO TOWER ASPHALT FOR <br />2005 IMPROVEMENTS; <br />*CALLING A WORKSHOP MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, <br />DECEMBER 2Q 2006, AT 6:30 P.M. TO CONDUCT THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION; <br />*APRPOVING ACH PROCESSING DOCUMENTS AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY ADMINISTRATOR, AND <br />I%INANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />STo PAUL The City Administrator reviewed his report relative to renewal of the <br />WATER St. Paul Regional Water Services contract. The Administrator noted that <br />DEPARTMENT the renegotiated water rate for 2005 went from 84% of the St. Paul retail <br />CONTRACT rate to 71 %, which is the same rate Roseville is paying for water. The <br />initial term of the contract is for 20 years with two ]0-year renewals. <br />
