Approval <br />OE The <br />Minutes <br />Information <br />To The <br />Commission <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />October 6, 1983 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 6th day of October, 1983 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada 'toad in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Eugene DeLonais <br />Peter Costa <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Myers Frattalone <br />Roy French <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Jim Steele <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Those members absent were: <br />Joe Vitale <br />Also present were: <br />Steve Grittrnan, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />As there were no corrections to the September 1 Planning Commission <br />minutes, Mr. Costa recommended that they be approved as read. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury pointed out that she did not receive her information <br />for tonight's meeting until yesterday. Kingsbury felt that this <br />was not ample time to prepare for a meeting. <br />Mr. DeLonais reported that he did not receive his packet until today <br />and commented that this does not give the Commission members time <br />to drive around to look at the various items on the agenda. <br />Mr. Ducharme also commented that he did not approve of the additions <br />to the agenda. <br />Mr. DeLonais commented that he likes to go out and look at the various <br />items to be considered. <br />Ducharme As there was no one present to represent the Ducharme plat, the <br />j Plat Commission decided to table the matter until someone was present <br />�;4 :) to answer a few questions. <br />Page —1— <br />
