t'i 1NUTrS <br />Planning Commission <br />Oct. 6, 1983 <br />Armon Plaza <br />Sign <br />Manufactured <br />Homes <br />Mobile Home <br />Park <br />Twin Lake Blvd. <br />Property <br />Schrier <br />Triangular <br />Property <br />Mrs. Timmons pointed out that the Planning Commission has asked <br />to receive their information at least 10 days prior to a meeting. <br />Mr. French recommended that the conditional use permit for the <br />sign requested by Mr. Notto not he granted and that the request <br />he passed on to the Council for action due to the lack of information <br />that the Planning Commission has and the discrepancies in the <br />Planner's Report and due to the time factor involved for Realty <br />World. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 8 - 0. <br />Mr. DeBace suggested that in the meantime that Realty World work <br />with the Planner to get some of the discrepancies cleared up. <br />Mr. French requested that the Planning Commission be given a <br />copy of the sign ordinance. <br />Mr. Grittman reported that there is not a lot to report on Manufactured <br />Homes. The Planner has contacted the State Attorney General and there <br />are no court cases pending on this issue. <br />Mr. Crittman presented the Commission with a lay out for single <br />family housing on the Twin Lake Blvd. property which the City <br />owns. Mr. Grittman reported that it is possible to get 13 single <br />family lots on the property. <br />Mrs. Timmons stated that she preferred single family homes on the <br />property rather than the extention of the trailer park. <br />Mr. Carl Lien of Land Increment Development appeared before the <br />Commission on the Schrier triangular property. <br />Mr. Lien reported that he is proposing a compromise for <br />of this property. He is suggesting an 8 -plex two -story <br />The property is currently zoned R -2.
