Mr. DeLonais moved approval of <br />the subdivision contingent upon the garage being taken care of at the time <br />of sale of the property Parcel A with no variance in locating the garage on <br />the east side of the house, also contingent upon utility easements around <br />the property. The motion was seconded by Mr. French, the vote carried 8 ayes <br />to 0 nayes. <br />On 22 December 1982, Mr. Frank Lentsch appeared before the City Council <br />requesting approval of the Picha property division. Questions were asked re- <br />garding the existing garage on Parcel B and about the resubdivision sketch. <br />The Council asked about referring the subdivision to the Engineer for drainage <br />along with the filing of Greenbrier Street. Mr. Lentsch said that he had read <br />the staff report dated 30 November 1982 and that he would comply with it. He <br />also stated that there may be an error on the recorded plat and that Greenbrier <br />Street is 66 feet. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: Resolution No. 82 -12 -631 approving the Picha property division <br />subject to the recommendations outlined in the Planner's report dated 30 <br />November 1982 and further contingent upon no variance being granted for the <br />garage on Parcel A and prior to any building permits being issued on Parcel B <br />that it be sent to the Parks Commission for possible park land dedication fee. <br />The resolution was seconded by Mrs. Scalze, the vote ran 4 ayes to 0 nayes. <br />The resolution was declared adopted and appears in Resolution Book No. 8, <br />page 640. <br />On 4 October 1983, I called Mike at the Ramsey County Surveyors office at <br />298 -5278 and he stated that according to the plat, there has been no street <br />dedication for the west 33 feet of the north 856.22 feet of Lot 12, Auditors <br />Subdivision No. 43, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
