This has resulted in a number of changes which are reflected <br />in the attached document. I would appreciate your review of this revision <br />in comparison to the prior draft.. Additionally in the current proposed <br />agreement, Mr. Schreier has questioned the need for Section 3, as he <br />believes this has been handled through the general application, review <br />and approval process. He has also questioned Section 22,Subsection G <br />and the need for such a provision or the potential of obtaining such <br />insurance. <br />I will be returning from vacation on 17 October.
