The building would be divided in half and rented to two
Addition businesses.
Mrs. Timmons pointed out the comments made by the Building Inspector
on the footings proposed for the building.
The Planner reported that the City Clerk has informed him that the
property has not been properly surveyed and a survey needs to be filed
with the County.
Mr. Nadeau asked if it were possible to alter the plan to provide
for two curb cuts in the front of the building.
Mrs. Timmons asked the businesses that would be in this building.
Mr. Nadeau replied that businesses such as an electrical or plumbing
contractor is what the building would he used for. Nadeau informed
the Commission that a manufacturing business is not what is being
proposed.
Page —2—
