WHEREAS: <br />AND WHEREAS: <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING MNDOT TO PARTICIPATE <br />IN THE COST OF IMPROVEMENT NO. 81 -15 (SLEEPY <br />HOLLOW DRAINAGE) <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing to construct <br />a storm sewer outlet from a pond with a lift station <br />identified as Improvement No. 81 -15. <br />The Minnesota Department of Transportation is willing <br />to participate in this improvement <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA: <br />That the Minnesota Department of Transportation be <br />requested to participate in the cost of such construc- <br />tion including the engineering costs. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
