CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY` COUNTY, " MINNESOTA
Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
June 21, 1983
MEMO
TO: Joe Chlebeck
FROM: Ed Locke
RE: Reply to Letter from Mr. Brinkman about the Boiler Inspection
by the State of Minnesota
MAYOR
Raymond Hanson
I received a call from a person who has a child in the Little Canada
Day Care Center. She was concerned about the condition and noise the
boiler made while in operation. Since I am not a boiler inspector, I
called the School District and talked to the maintenance person and
also the State Boiler Inspection Department as that is their position
to approve the safe condition of the heating system.
COUNCIL
Michael Fahey
Beverly Scalze
Dennis Forsberg
Mugs Nardini
The maintenance personnel called me back later and said the system was
good. The State informed me that they make a yearly inspection on all
high pressure systems. Nothing more was done as far as I know.
I know nothing about ordering an inspection when all the state would
have to do is check their records to show it already has been checked
at an earlier date
EL:bj
4
