PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102
As we recently discussed by telephone, I talked with Craig Merrill, the
attorney for Mr. Brinkman, on June 28, 1983, relative to the above captioned
matter and the action taken by the City Council at the council meeting of June
22, 1983. Mr. Merrill indicated that the matter would not be resolved by July
1, 1983.
He also indicated that Mr. Brinkman was in the process of obtaining
estimates as to the cost of installing handicapped access. Mr. Merrill
further indicated that he was not sure what action Mr. Brinkman would take
relative to this matter and that Mr. Brinkman had no reservations for the
rental facility in July of 1983.
Would you please submit this letter to the Council as a status report.
Would you also inform Mr. Brinkman by letter in early July that the current
display license has expired as of June 30, 1983.
If anyone has any questions relative to this matter, please contact the
undersigned.
TMS:slc
Yours very truly,
SWEENEY, O'SJONNOR &LeMAY
Thomas M.
