The fee for the Institute is $150, which includes <br />instructional materials, breakfasts, lunches, <br />banquet, and coffee breaks. Application for <br />registration on the attached form, accompanied <br />by the full fee, should be received in our office <br />by July 19. <br />A refund of the registration fee will be made if <br />written cancellation is received by July 21, 1983; <br />a $15 service fee will be charged on all cancel- <br />lations. The University reserves the right to <br />cancel the Institute if necessary. <br />If you have any special health or mobility needs, <br />please attach a note to the registration form <br />indicating those needs. <br />LOCATION AND PARKING <br />The Institute will be held at the Earle Brown <br />Center, 1890 Buford Avenue, on the St. Paul campus <br />of the University of Minnesota. Ample parking is <br />available in the Earle Brown Center lot at 70 <br />cents per day or in the state fairgrounds lot <br />across the street for 45 cents per day. A map <br />showing the facility and parking lots will be <br />mailed with confirmation of registration. <br />CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs) <br />This Institute carries 1.8 Continuing Education <br />Units (CEUs).
