CANADA, MINNESOTA January 6, 1983 The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the hth day of January, 1983 at 7:30 P.M. at 5l5 Little Canada Road in said City. The following members of the Planning Commission were present: Pete Costa Gene DeLonais Tom Ducharme Myers Frattalone Roy French LeRoy LeMay Sharon Timmons Joseph Vitale The following member of the Commission was absent: Jim Steele Also Present: Brad Nielson, City Planner Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary Approval As there were no corrections to the minutes of the Oecemher 2, Of The 1982 Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the Minutes minutes be approved as submitted. Frattalone Conditional Use Permit "r. Costa reported that Mr. Frattalone has built a farm building on his property. When "r. Frattalone built the building, he thought he was acting within the codes of the City, however, those codes have been changed since 1979. Therefore, it has come to "r. Fratcalone's attention that he needs a conditional use permit. The City Planner stated that he has no problem with of this nerm'.t. t: e approval "rs.
