PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102 <br />As we have discussed, please find enclosed the original <br />of an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map relative to Tom Krejci's <br />application to rezone his property. The City Council held a <br />public hearing on the application on April 28, 1982. At that <br />time, the rezoning was approved by Resolution No. 82 -4 -217. The <br />enclosed Ordinance is necessary to satisfy the technical require- <br />ments of Section 921.O10.M. of the Little Canada Zoning Code. <br />Would you please forward this Ordinance to the City Council for <br />its consideration and passage. <br />Also find enclosed a copy of the Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement, which we have prepared relative to the Gervais <br />Creek Project. A copy of the same has been forwarded to Brad <br />Nielsen for his review, and for submittal to Tom Krejci.
