ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA TO PROVIDE CHANGES <br />IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />The Official Zoning Map of the Zoning Code of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to change the <br />zoning classification of the following described property: <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />5, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, bounded on the South <br />by the South line of said Section 5; on the East by the <br />East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 5; on the North by Gervais Creek, so- called; <br />and on the West by the Easterly line of the St. Paul <br />Water Works Right of Way. <br />° <br />Section 2. <br />The above described property is hereby rezoned from P, Public <br />District, to R -B, Residential - Business District. <br />Section 3. <br />The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the appropriate <br />changes in the Official Zoning Map of the City of Little Canada to <br />reflect the changes in zoning classification as set forth above. <br />Section 4. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of 1983. <br />Attest: <br />Joseph G.
