If, for example the mini- warehouse operation <br />proved unsuccessful, parking would be extremely inadequate for most other <br />uses typically permitted in the B -W District. Finally, the issue of future <br />subdivision and or sale of the project or portions thereof should be addres- <br />sed. <br />In terms of format for the development agreement, it may be desirable to <br />address each individual exhibit as as element of the agreement. <br />One final comment is that a crash gate for emergency vehicle access is to <br />be installed at the southeast corner of the fenced -in enclosure. This is <br />not clearly indicated on Exhibit B.
