In this <br />regard, I have drafted a proposed set of guidelines which I would appreciate <br />your reviewing. Any suggested additions or deletions would be of help. Once <br />we have an agreed upon draft, I am proposing to have this matter addressed by <br />the City Council. <br />Our suggested guidelines are as follows: <br />DRAFT <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />PRIVATE COMMON ROAD /DRIVEWAY POLICY <br />I. GENERAL <br />A. Public streets rather than private drives /road shall be encouraged <br />where possible. <br />B. There must be a property owners association or property owners agree- <br />ment for the maintenance and repair of the private road /driveway among <br />all benefiting owners.
