As part of the documents filed against the title of properties <br />involved, a statement must be included which clearly indicates the <br />City will not take over maintenance and repair of any private road/ <br />driveway which does not meet design and construction standards as <br />outlined by the Little Canada Subdivision Ordinance. <br />II. PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS - PERMANENT PRIVATE ROADS /COMMON DRIVES <br />A. The width of the paving shall be thirty (30) feet at minimum. <br />B. Yard setbacks shall be the minimum as established for the zoning district <br />as measured from the edge of the paving. <br />C. The paving shall be constructed to minimum City design standards as <br />established by the Little Canada Subdivision Ordinance. <br />III. TEMPORARY ROADS /DRIVEWAYS <br />A. Utilization of temporary roads is to be strongly discouraged and <br />acceptable only in the cases to resolve "back lot" development situations <br />which involve no more than five (5) single family lots. <br />B. The surfaced area shall be a minimum of twenty (20) feet in width. <br />C. The drive /road shall be constructed according to standards as <br />determined by the City Engineer. <br />D. The right -of -way is to be formally dedicated to the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />E. The City of Little Canada will not assume maintenance and repair of <br />the road /drive until such time as the street is constructed to minimum <br />City standards as defined by the City's Subdivision Ordinance and all <br />related costs are assumed by the benefitting properties. <br />63 <br />
