A fill permit
is requested to fill the low areas. The lots are approximately
two hundred (200) feet deep from the street. The fill material
will not be placed more than one foot above the elevation of the
street and will extend one hundred (100) to one hundred fifty (150)
feet from the street. No fill or blockage of the drainage on the
easements we have granted will take place.
The areas that are filled will be maintained so that an eyesore is
not created.
The writers intend to make the lots buildable by filling the low
areas. We have heavy equipment of various sizes and types available
for the maintainence of the fill areas and intend to compact
the fill in the foundation areas.
After the filling has started, signs will be posted that will say
"Dumping by written permission only ". Fence posts, fences, etc
will be placed as the filling progresses and as necessary.
The dumping of objectionable material will be prohibited.
Our check, in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), for
the permit is enclosed.
MAR 13 papa
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
Very truly yours,
4.1
rank G.
