(C) An adult manager, at least twenty -one (21) years of <br />age, shall be on the premises of an amusement center <br />during all hours of operation. The manager's primary <br />duties shall be the supervision of the use and <br />operation of amusement devices. <br />(D) No amusement center shall be operated between the hours <br />of 12:00 midnight and 9:00 A.M. Amusement centers which <br />operate in conjunction with a bar, supper club, tavern, <br />or similar facility, are exempt from the closing <br />requirement. In those,situations the closing time <br />shall be no later than the legally established closing <br />time for said facility. <br />(E) The licensee and his employees and agents shall adhere to <br />the provisions of the City Code relating to minors. No <br />licensee, nor his employees or agents, shall knowingly <br />permit a minor to be present on the premises in violation <br />of curfew laws, nor knowingly permit a person under the <br />age of seventeen (17) years to be present on the premises <br />when school is in session unless on a valid excused absence. <br />(F) An amusement center shall be deemed a public place, as <br />regulated by Little Canada City Code, Sections 1202.010, <br />1202.020, and 1202.030. <br />(G) The licensee of an amusement center shall not permit <br />intoxicated persons to remain on the premises. <br />(H) The amusement center and the premises in which amusement <br />devices are located shall conform to all building and fire <br />prevention codes of the City of Little Canada. The <br />building inspector or fire inspector may enter said <br />premises at any time during normal business hours, for <br />the purpose of inspecting said premises for fire hazards. <br />All law enforcement personnel of the City of Little <br />Canada shall have the right to enter said premises at <br />any time during normal business hours, for the purpose <br />of enforcement of the terms of this Chapter. <br />(I) The Council may impose conditions upon the license pertaining <br />to the hours of operation of the amusement center and other <br />conditions which will enable the licensee to control the <br />conduct of the occupants of the amusement center. <br />811.080. EXISTING AMUSEMENT CENTERS. Any person operating an <br />amusement center within the City shall comply with this Ordinance <br />within thirty (30) days of its effective date. <br />811.090. PENALTIES. Any person who shall violate any <br />provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon <br />
