MINUTES OI' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 13, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />July, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hal] <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the June 8, 2006 minutes were approved as submitted. <br />CONDITIONAL Mr. Thomas Kromroy, Advanced Masonry Restoration, reported that he <br />USE PERMIT & is the owner of the building at 2958/2960 Yorkton Blvd. as well as a <br />VARIANCE - tenant in the building. There are currently Chree tenants occupying the <br />2958/2960 building. Kromroy reported that he has been an occupant of the building <br />YORKTON since 1999 and purchased Che building on March 15, 2006. Since <br />BLVD. - purchasing, he has put $250,000 into building improvements. <br />AMR <br />Kromroy reported that he has had outdoor storage in the same area since <br />1999. He recenCly had the parking lot and outdoor storage area paved. <br />During the paving process, when equipment was moved onto the <br />boulevard and streeC, the City received a complaint from one of the <br />neighbors. As a result, he was informed that he needed a Conditional Use <br />Permit for the outdoor storage. <br />
